An analytical digital marketing professional with a passion for technology. This individual will develop and manage member engagement, brand health and revenue generation through the web channel. They will have an intimate understanding of member needs in order to create a differentiated online experience for our members. They will utilize their expertise in digital technologies (web, mobile, e-commerce, etc) to optimize our investment in this channel. They partner with a team of internal and external developers, designers and writers dedicated to creating an industry leading website for the credit union that improves usability and drives revenue.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
·Development and management of the company’s Web Strategy
·Responsible for revenue generation through the web channel
·Continuously monitor, maintain, and enhance website to optimize performance against key business objectives
·Implement and manage change management processes
·Manage digital vendor relations
·Website content management
·Develop comprehensive testing plans that consistently improve website conversions and exceed lead generation goals
·Implement SEM campaigns that consistently exceed expectations and lead generation goals
·Driving consistent development practices
·Gather feedback from various functions on Web site development needs
·Determines new Web technologies to utilize based on company's needs.
·Conceptualizes long-term needs of Web development, and plans and manages related projects.

·5+ years of web application development experience
·5+ years of digital marketing experience
·Experience with Customer Relationship Management software and Social Media a plus
·Experience leading a small team preferred
·Experience in SEO
·Experience in UX / UI
·Experience in PPC
·Experience managing A/B testing and multivariate testing
·Google Analytics and/or Ominture
·Content Management; ideally WordPress
·Ability to perform hands-on development as needed
·Education in both Marketing & Technology preferred
·MBA preferred, Bachelors required
